on Milling (Fraise) machining: Distance at Ramping milling

Object:Distances on XYZ for the ramping milling are calculated to use it on machine tools.
When the milling cutter for the ramping milling are used, the distance along radial direction and the distance along axial direction are commanded simultaneously.
The ramping angle shows the ratio ot these distances.
And the maximum ramping angle ot the milling cutter are shown on the catalogue.
This calculation function calculate distances according to the ramping angle.

\( \theta_{ramping} \):Ramping angle
\( D_{z} \):Distance along Z axis (Axial direction)
\( D_{xy} \):Distance on XY plane(Radial direction)

Additional information:
On helical milling, you can research machining diameters on cutting tool maker's catalogue.
However, you can not find the feed per helical rotation.
I guess that this situation is caused by the complexity of calculating the feed per helical rotation.
Thus, users have to find the feed per helical rotation by conducting machining tests or CAD simulations.
I have to inform one thing to you.
The ramping angle bears little relation to the feed per helical rotation.
Thus you can not calculate the feed per helical rotation by using the ramping angle.
